Our office participates with most insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid.

Proof of insurance coverage may be required in order to update your information and ensure the claim is filed to the proper payer using the correct information.

Health insurance plans may have a deductible, co-insurance or co-payment which is the subscriber's responsibility to pay.  If you do not have insurance coverage or your coverage cannot be verified, payment is expected as services are rendered.
